In order to keep your pool working properly and the water at the right pH that requires regular maintenance.  We offer our clients weekly maintenance packages that will include cleaning and vacuuming.  Every time we visit our technicians will do a thorough onsite analysis of the water in your pool and inspection of your system.  After each visit you will be given a work order that details everything that we did that day.   We will let you know if there are any repairs needed before they turn into big problems.  Closing and covering up the pool in the fall starts with lowering the amount of water in your pool. We make sure that all your ladders and deck equipment is properly stored and away from the elements. We will make sure that the pump is drained and the pumps are removed, we will blow out the water lines. There are chemicals that are added to the pool when you close it for the winter. Finally the pool is covered over until the spring.

SEASONAL OPENINGS AND CLOSINGS

Most of our clients don’t keep their pools open year round they will close them up in the fall and re-open them again when the weather warms up in the spring.  Once the weather warms up and it is time to open the pool The Florida Pools is more than happy to take care of that for our clients. 

We start the spring opening by removing your pool cover and cleaning it.  We scrub down the entire surface of your pool including the pool walls, floors and the tiles around the pool.  We inspect all of the pool plugs, pumps and filters to make sure they are in good working condition.  Then we re-install all of the mechanical parts into your pool. We put all of your handrails and ladders back into place.  We turn your pool system on to again make sure that everything is working the way it should be.

ABOVE GROUND POOLS

An above ground pool can be a less expensive alternative rather than having an in-ground pool installed.  Above ground pools still need cleaning and maintenance to keep the water clean.  If you plan on adding an above ground pool to your property we can help with the installation process and there are affordable packages available for regular cleaning.
